Vivian has been working on innovation for the past eight years. In her most recent role, she supported leading Asian companies to transform and unleash their potential for business innovation. Previously, she worked to foster fresh-thinking and action to help solve some of the world’s greatest challenges as a program manager and innovation lead in the United Nations.

Her expertise is in conceptualising and delivering innovation strategies and programmes, empowering people to innovate, and driving the design, development and scaling of new and enhanced business solutions through human-centric and lean approaches.

Born and raised in Brazil, Vivian completed her graduate education in Switzerland, obtaining a Master’s Degree in Business Innovation from CREA INSEEC U. and a Master’s Degree in International Development from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.

Vivian is passionate about tackling complex challenges and driving positive change. Thus, in her spare time, she likes to volunteer for initiatives that empower communities and advance social innovation and inclusive businesses across the globe.

Research interests: digital transformation, corporate innovation, innovation management, innovation capability, human aspects of digital transformation and innovation, strategy, and implementation of organizational transformation.
