Parul has five years of experience in driving digital transformation and Innovation projects across industries as a consultant and product manager with Bosch, Ericsson, and ed-tech start-ups.

In her last role as Product Manager with Bosch, she has gained expertise in product innovation, developed high tech products in emerging technologies such as Blockchain, AI and IoT, and gained practical experience of disruptive innovations in the VUCA world. During this time, she got interested in the emergence of tech-oriented innovation ecosystems and seeking greater knowledge of the underlying phenomena; she started her research with the EINST4INE project. She is also interested in applying systems thinking approach to the process of innovation and development of ecosystems.

Parul has a strong academic background, and she completed her Bachelor’s in Technology from India and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management. She is the recipient of two gold medals for academic excellence. She is also a certified advanced yoga and meditation instructor and enjoys trekking and mountain climbing in her free time.
