Justyna Dabrowska

Justyna Dabrowska is a Vice Chancellor’s Postdoctoral Research Fellow at RMIT University. Her main research focus is the organisation and management of technology and innovation, more specifically on open and collaborative innovation in various contexts and levels of analysis (from micro- to meta-level). She’s interested in organisational reinvention and strategic renewal in the digital era, collaboration between corporates and start-ups, developing innovation capabilities, business model innovation, tools to support decision-making, the role of emerging technologies, and innovation ecosystems.

Justyna has a wide experience in managing large international research projects on open innovation, education, business acceleration, sustainability and digital transformation. She was a project manager of OI-Net, a large pan-European initiative on open innovation consisting of over 50 partners (academia, industry, consulting) from more than 30 countries. Prior to academia, she worked in European headquarters in automotive and marketing industries in strategic functions.
