Maria Isabella Leone
Maria Isabella Leone is Associate Professor of Management of Innovation at Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli, where she is also the Academic Coordinator of all the MBA Programs of Luiss Business School and PhD Faculty Member of the PhD Program in Management.
Isabella is a senior member of several other national and international research projects and collaborates with various corporates (e.g. LEONARDO, ENEL) and national bodies (e.g. UIBM, Italian Patent and Trademark Office).
Her research focuses on the strategic management and policy of/for intellectual property rights, patent and trademark licensing and, in general, open innovation practices. She has published on these topics in leading international journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, R&D Management Journal and Industrial and Corporate Change, and has been awarded for her research in the field of innovation management.
