Ferran Giones
Ferran Giones is Assistant Professor at the University of Stuttgart and Deputy Director of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Science. He received the BBA & MBA from ESADE Business School, and PhD from La Salle – Ramon Llull University, both in Barcelona, Spain. Before joining academia, he worked in strategy consulting and in international project management.
Ferran’s research field is technology entrepreneurship and industry emergence, where he explores the intriguing questions related to how and when does technological progress trigger entrepreneurial activity, and how does this entrepreneurial activity transform into sustainable organisations that contribute to social and economic growth.
